HAH. bartender in vegas for 30 years. only the finest bars and restaurants. at 00:28 he just spills that shit everywhere. thats probably 10 dollars down the drain every night for that business (not saying hes even employed)

I've been to a lot of bars in Los Angeles and they never EVER use egg whites. Very disappointing. Also, the fact he uses bourbon is fascinating.

@DyingElement Raw eggs are perfectly safe to consume. I personally will put some raw egg whites or even whole eggs in post work out smoothies. even if there is any bacteria, the contact with alcohol would kill it very quickly.
There is no such thing as too much ice.

@shipit19 lol...Okay, for seriously, for all cocktails you need lots of ice, i think that this cooling will make flavors better...
