I'd say it resembled the yoke carry in strongman. Give him the same weight in a yoke walk apparatus for strongman. Then it would be cool.

that was alright. took a while to hit the set tho . . . kinda looked like you weren't going to be able to do it. In that stance you are pretty strong. The video is a little boring, but you can tell your strong so I guess this wasn't a total waste of my time.

it's a weight, starting from the lockout position of a squat. yes full squats are better but its the same as doing deadlifts in a rack from 3/4's up maximum weight, move on

whyyyyyy. What's the use in doing 1/8th squats with weight that could shatter your back if you lose core stability for even a split second. Get back to the drawing board and lift through the full ROM instead of worrying about looking good in front of a crowd.
