  • one of the main things that yoga is is discipline. if you can spend and hour and a half doing that.. it will help you overall with all of your other workouts you do.. that's almost the only reason i do it.. I think when i'm doing my other workouts "if i can do yoga then i sure as shit can do this!" and it helps!

  • To everyone who gets tired or gets wasted when doing yoga x its allright ive completed all 3 phases and i skipped yoga x and x stretch and now i have a 6 pack 2 die for...yoga x is just for people who want to get more flexible it is not necessary.

  • The first part of Yoga X is like 45 minutes of downward dog....I'm spent by then.

  • @UcanbeGOD Do what you can and then move on. Just understand that Yoga is the foundation of P90X. It's there for a reason and it adds important elements that you can't get from the other workouts.  X2 is a bit different in that some of that type of functional movement training is built in elsewhere, but Yoga is important in P90X.

  • @TheMadboy786 Lol. Wow, ah. I don't even know where to come at this. You're utterly wrong. Yeah you can build cosmetic muscle and be decently strong. Enjoy being less effective than you could be by far. Like a body builder compared to a powerlifter of the same size.

  • @thefitclubnetwork im not telling you not to follow him im just saying to people who spend and hour just in downward dog lol...thats what most of it is anyway and besides its up to you how you traine everyone finds whats best suited for them either way with p90x you will get results.

  • @thefitclubnetwork I totally agree. At first I had to keep telling myself that it was good for me, because the first 3 or 4 times I did Yoga X I kept losing patience at not being able to hold all the positions, and getting frustrated during the workout is not exactly the point of yoga. But I do like it now, and I always feel great after the workout.
