My hands went from white to a pale blue/gray color and are still hanging out like that right now. It's been almost three hours now. Guess it's time for me to go to the doctor. Do you think it could be that or not?

@jumpdressage4life yeah I'd go to the doctor to check and see what's going on. Just in case cause there can be a more serious condition that follows.

I have not been diagnosed with Raynaud's, but I am going to the doctor soon. For the last two years my toes have turned blue when even the slightest bit of chill. In the shower they usually turn white then blue. I find myself cranking up the heat, yet not feeling it. My grandmother passed away from scleroderma at age 30, and I am 24...really gonna get this figured out. Your video made me feel better though, since it has given me a little more motivation to seek help. Thanks :)

@c5gib Yes, definitely get it checked out! Just to make sure. That is how I found out I had Raynauds. I would notice the white toes before the shower and didn't think anything of it.

hi i have question .... i think i have raynauds but my fingers dont go white before blue .... help! ..and my leg is i dont know how to say it on english ..i kinda dont feel smal part of my leg ... pls help ! :D

@TheDanijel111 It could possibly be Raynauds! Look on Google and there are pictures but next time you go to the doctor let them know! & I'm guessing your leg is going numb but for that definitely go to a doctor to make sure!

My sister infect me with what she thinks is Athlete's Foot and we treated it with Lotrimin Liquid Spray. Her athlete's foot is gone and mine is not yet fully cure. Both of my little toes turned gray and i thought it's a severe cse of athlete's foot but i searched the google and i never find anything like this. So now i think it's Raynauds. I sleep with an electric fan facing directly to my feet and it's cold but i like. Do you think it's really Raynaud's Phenominon i'm experiencing?

Does anybody ever complain that you have cold hands? I think I have raynaud's and my hands are always frosty.
