When the day comes, that cash is obsolete... I dare not think of it... Cash is as said below, the last freedom we have without big brother knowing.
That day is not far from; If I recall correctly, it´s only 1% of the worlds money that exists physically. (Lets say 1-5%, but still).

Cash is the last freedom we have in the US. Big brother cant monitor all of it, O and don't loose your phone because it will be like loosing your wallet.

Biometric scanning devices can be implemented to prevent unauthorized use.

people just wont accept it here..
i cant think of 1 friend/familymember that hasn't lost their phone at some point
we're just not asian enough for this :)
Excellent opportunities for contactless identy theft. If they steal your cash they just get your cash. If they get your phone they get your life, and just think of all those friends you have in your address book, wow. And without cash the bankers can create all money out of thin air when we borrow as they do now, but get us really hooked on being debt slaves.

Good job Stacy. I will say that if the dollar goes our goverment will soon follow. Besides, even though the cash is not backed by Gold, it is still solid, no one can overuse a dollar or get more by abusing it, or at least like a credit card can. Also the dollar can not be taken as easily as a credit card info can.
