  • @Skoogorganist Hello!

I'm not sure (I have not much information on the recording), but I think it was recorded in Cambridge.

If anyone knows, please correct me.

  • @jmrosa100 May Almighty God bless you for your work.

  • I voted I disliked it. Before you eat me alive I would like to say that of course I'm shivering, dazzled, crying, laughing etc. etc. I turned my thumb down because I've heard all the version my seasoned piano hands were able to find. Of course the artist, whom in this case is probably a semi-god that deserves to be remembered as long as Bach himself, could decide to develop the tempo according to his taste and but a passacaglia like this deserves to be played slow! get Richter's!

  • Very nice!

I just can't imagnie the value of those sheets!

  • ALCUNE VOLTE MI CHIEDO! MA COSA E COME SAREBBE STATA LA MUSICA SE NON CI FOSSE STATO QUESTO UOMO.....????

Stupendo.... pezzo assai tosto da studiare, ma merita dalla prima all'ultima battuta......

  • Please, read some about Mother Teresa of Calcuta. I wish we all could acting like she lived believing constantly in God. As regards Bach, please read the relation between God and Bach and you will find some answers. Not only Bach, but many great scientists and the best artists, or even both (like Leonardo da Vinci) were great believers in God. Please dont keep the conversation. I have no time to keep the same discussion. Believe in that you want and leave me in peace!!!

  • If you don't want believe, don't worry, believe in all that you want. What is the problem? I'm afraid you must study the New Testament some more years. Open your hearth to love and believe in that you want. I do not pretend to force you to change your ideology. Simply observe the life of many Saints and you decide.

  • Why are you so worried if many of the best scientifist are great believers in God? Trought the Science and only contemplating the Nature we all can easily notice the existence of God. Can you know Him better? The only way is trought Jesus Christ. Please, read the Gospels, or watch a movie about the bio of some Saint. I recommend you the excellent film "Brother Sun, Sister Moon", by director Franco Zeffirelli, which explains the Saint Francis of Assisi's bio, which is a resume of the Gospel. Jose

  • @TimesNewAmerican “I think only an idiot can be an atheist. We must admit that there exists an incomprehensible power or force with limitless foresight and knowledge that started the whole universe going in the first place" (Christian Anfinsen - Nobel Laureate in chemistry). “In good philosophy, the word cause ought to be reserved to the single Divine impulse that has formed the universe" (Louis Pasteur - founder of microbiology and immunology, the best discovering in Medicine in all times).

  • This might be one of the most beautiful things mankind created
