as a man walked up earlsdon street Third in a series of short documentaries about the place that I live. Earlsdon. Earlsdon Street is the main shopping area. In this short film I explore the street and what can happen in a short amount of time. In this particular film, an unknown man walks along the length of the street. Why? I hear you ask to which I reply, why not? A snapshot of a place, time and motion. Music by Kevin Harrison diesel #2 from velvet galaxy / spider mill http://www.dnastudio.freeserve.co.uk/

  • Thanks for your comments much appreciated.

Yes it can be a vibrant area and it is going through great change not necessarily for the better. Only time will tell.

Interesting question. I suggest that you read the explanation about what it is about before you ask the question because there lies your answer. Hope that helps

  • I lived in Earlsdon whilst at university and for a year after graduating. It really is an awesome place to live; my friends who lived in Coventry called it 'the place the Germans missed'. It has all the facilities you need, and the nightlife is great due to the fact that it is sandwiched between two universities.

    Brilliant video; really innovative. Peace.

  • I have no idea what this video is trying to achieve, but it seems to fail whatever.

This makes Earlsdon out to be a haven for the aged, which it isn't, and only films around 5-6 specific shops on a high street which boasts many more.

    What's your game eh?
