dude that other one either has a partial sewage clog, a blocked siphon jet, or has a faulty new mechanism which needs replacing..

I think there was some misalignment of the plastic insert and maybe some small obstruction that was just enough to restrict the flow. In the end they sent me another bowl and it works just fine now.

A piece of the plastic mechanism broke and the flushing mech quit working.
