This is an interesting stereo/record player. Motorola model SKR124M. I keep forgetting about it since it is usually stored in the spare bedroom under a bunch of boxes.

  • I have a Magnavox coffee table with a record player, very similar to this one....the model number is 1P3625 , Im not sure of the year, but its older and looks great and still works. Do they have any value?

  • @sixsamples - The main value would be the tube amp and turntable.

  • Very nice console and cool mod!

I wasn't excepting to hear OMD on that. Very awesome song!

  • @Vinylrecordsneverdie - Thanks. It is always a challenge to come up with music that the copyright nazis won't recognize!

  • Nice stereo, gotta love that song from "Dirty Dancing".

  • i have a sk-125, anyone know what its worth? thanks

  • I've always wanted a round dial Motorola console with a center woofer, I've heard a couple and always felt they were highly underrated when compared to a Magnavox of the same period. There, I said it, now I suppose the Magnavox gods are going to get me!

  • @phantasm1004 they never have a problem with christen rock like Stryper or Petra but I would not try amy grant

  • Nice. Wouldn't mind having one like it.

  • simply beautiful

  • that is really annoying with the copyright nazi's watching your every move! best to always play classical music since most (if not all) is public domain.

  • Ive been looking for more info on a console player i have. Its a 1962 motorola stereophonic model sk100, also a coffee table type similiar to the one in this vid. It plays real good but takes about ten minutes before it gets up to the correct speed. What could be causing this and how do i fix it? Anybody?

  • MY MOTOROLA HAS A DVD PLAYER HOOKEDTO IT
