AC/DC Workshop - Malcolm Young Playing Tips (Part 2/2)

At first: Sorry for my English! In fact its much easier to write than to speak because you have much more time to think about, what you're gonne write, lol^^

IMPORTANT: This should not be seen just as something to copy Malcolm Young. Mainly it is meant to be a source of playing tips, which I found quite usefull as they are part of my playing (which is in fact heavily influenced by Malcolm Youngs style of playing xD ) My intension was to find his own way of playing with the help of the influence from other playing styles.

If you want me to do a tutorial about a certain song, I would do my very best...^^

i've heard that malcom uses very thick strings, what kind of strings do you use?

@Mondeoboy89 at the moment I use 11-52gauge strings with a wounded G-string (Malcolm uses 12-56) ...Its a nice compromise between fat sound and good playability :)
