Do you read? this is 2003. They're Polishing the graphics. everything else is feature complete and debugged.

they are already IN beta... closed beta that is, recently Tasos (dev) announced it will be released this year and beta will come out about a month before for stress testing, most of the bugs should have been worked out by the paid beta testers.

If they release Beta to a game that is full of Bugs, then the fanbase don't want to play it when it comes out cause people will think it is still as crappy.

I dont agree what if this game isnt all it turns out to be. And I want a beta because if it really is all they say it is. I REALLY want to try even if its for like 1 day. Keep in mind this game has been on peoples minds for 7 years now.I agree they SHOULD keep working on it. But a small little beta wont hurt....

Are those the developers? Because if it is...They dont seem like there really working hard to get there fans the beta release. Why cant they just make a beta already...There trying so hard to make it perfect. But its just a beta it doesnt matter. People are already dieing to play this.

These people are humans not robots, and I'm pretty sure you can tell how they were working from watching a 21 second video man, come on...
Beta will come when it is ready and they have their publishing situation worked out. Of course it has taken forever, but hopefully it will be worth it in the end and not a complete joke like some MMOs have been.

Who cares about a beta? I want the full game. Let the developers take aslong as they need to make the best game. A beta release is not something that is necesary for a game. If its good, its good.

External beta testing is necessary for MMOs.
In the developers point of view, it is worth it's weight in gold to have somewhat of a free and massive QA department + stress testing.
The worlds are large, as well as the features and it takes a lot of people to go over it all.
