Most of his military titles are 'honourary' meaning they are just symbolic. Also, neither the USA nor the UK are bankrupt. They might be going towards that direction, but it isn't a certain outcome yet at this point whereas your country already has gone bankrupt. I guess that's what happens with lots of socialist benefits and loads of young people don't work. lazy.
