  • Very nice i'm definitely gonna try some of these.

Also comments were disabled on the bench press video. I really appreciate all those tips. I work at the gym and just started really working out 5 months ago. So many people tell you tips, turns out most of them are wrong.

So thank you very much for the videos. : )

  • No problem, thanks for watching!

  • very powerful grips on these guys...very inspiring

  • @Drunkhippo Noone said smitty's tips are necessarily the correct. You always have to incorporate different training techniques into your workouts. You wouldn't find 'bad tips' in this channel, but good bodybuilders/powerlifters wouldn't be doing much of what smitty says. For example, Milos Sacrav suggests many of the things smitty suggests not to do, like the form in doing bench press (isolation of the upper chest). I tend to agree with experience and trainers with proven results.

  • Big Diesel, don't forget to mention that it is always good to do some jogging (cardiovascular stuff). It really does help my endurance and mentally; makes me stronger.

I'd like to see more high school wrestling videos, since I was a wrestler myself and am planning on turning towards college wrestling this year (so, I don't fall behind on my shape).

BTW, it's important to stretch between lifts, else your muscles really tense up (and tht isnt a good thing); so i was tought.

  • thats some mental stuff lol

  • NICEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • Great vid. I've seen/done some of these exercises before, some were all new.

One thing I'll toss out there is that I've done a couple of these exercises by gripping a rope attachment. It's great for working grip/connected strength at the same time.

I've had fun with a couple of these, but you guys are obviously pros at them. Great stuff.

  • Wow! Thanks for sharing
