@burgoflow Thank you. Your RAM is just enough and your 3800+ shouldn't have too much trouble running the game with the HD 4850.

I have a core i3 530 + hd 4850 and i use the benchmark with a resolution 1400x1050,aa 4x,directx10 and my framerate are 90% at 60fps,and sometimes 40-50 but never below 40

This is not a low end PC. 4850 1GB is a RECOMMENDED video card for Modern Warfare 2. It says on the system requirements.
