@cyclenut , a few weeks ago, at work an old man; now Gene a friend of mine, had a bunch of bikes in his house, so I asked him, why you keep so many bikes, I fix them and sell'em, wanna buy one he replied, why would I want to get a bike, never really cared much for them, never rode one,I told him. If you buy one I'll have you riding in half an hour, so I did, Iam as of now improving, and i am 45,it''s great to have so much fun, it changed my life, now my daughter and i can go riding, thanks Gene.

A few years ago, I help a woman in her thirties ride on the road and at 20 mph. It was great to see someone have so much fun for first time in thier life.
I've logged over 2500miles of bike commute on Boston Streets last year alone. and guess what, I learn how to ride when I was 17 years old.
It's NEVER too late to learn how to ride a bicycle.

I taught myself to ride a bike and I was 19 or 20, can't remember. I never had a bike if my own because my old bike was left at my aunts house. Anyway, I was teaching myself to ride my nieces bike which was way to small for me, then I beged my mom to let me get a bike. Well one day I decided I would try and ride on the grass and that didn't work, so I went out on the pavement and I could do it.
