My laptop shows the boot screen then goes to a white screen and then cycles continuously between the two. Help me please, this is after I did a complete factory restore

  • @toadill hello, I had the problem of it loading win7 then shutdown with bluescreen minidump, but after I try ur method SATA to IDE in is currently doing what is in above video. plz how can I revert it back to SATA because now it won't allow ANY of the Function Keys to work, HELP ME PLZZZZ! btw how can I know for sure it got service coz original went thru a PC store and "they claim" it was mailout to Acer, it did the bluescreen thing after servied. Can I still mailout myself?

  • @29mentor Well, you see, you shouldn't get help you lazy bastard that steals windows.

  • Keep hitting F8 when the computer first boots, when the menu comes up try to do a repair make sure you have already changed to IDE like I told you earlier, I had this same problem and this worked for me.

  • this is also my problem after installing windows loader.... help me pls......

  • Hit F2 then when the menu pops up switch the hard drive boot option from SATA to IDE, This should allow you to run your recovery disk.

  • what you do is on the Acer logo screen is

hold ALTGR+F10 and it should say windows is loading files, then go through the restore

  • omfg the same thing happend to me wtf do i do???

  • Sup,

This was posted a while ago, if you haven't done anything since then confirm if you can get back into recovery.

Ideally you wouls have burnt a recovery disc.
