Unwedding Ring - Joe M. Turner (performance only)

"Unwedding Ring" is an original ring and string move by Joe M. Turner that was published in Magicana (written by David Acer) in Genii Magazine in January 2009. This is a performance-only clip from the original explanatory video. Two points to note: 1) the convincing hanging display after the ring is threaded onto the string, and 2) the vertical release action, which frames the effect nearer the performer's face rather than down at waist level.

This clip also includes footage of an earlier version of the sequence as performed for Martin Gardner (and Dr. Colm Mulcahy, cameraman) in 2007.
