I agree with you ! the costume and the movements are definitely European, Northern Spain. Bayanihan dance company and other dance troupes in the Philippines should have included this their repertoire. Very original and retain the dance tradition from where it was originated. thanks for uploading.

So this is the authentic rendition of the Palu-palo dance? This looks similar to the Jota de los Palilios of Spain.
