More harrasment in Liepaja

After the previous threat from this guy to break our house windows I reported him to the police. The police were very unwilling to assist and told me they did not know what the meaning was when he gave me the two finger gesture. They also said that he does not do anything wrong unless I can repeat what he says to me in Russian. But we did receive a letter that they had spoken to him.

In this video the same guy is harassing us for the second time since the police spoke to him. He started by banging on our windows.

On top of this we see him talking to our neighbours referring to us.

Overall living in Liepaja has become a lot less normal and I wonder why when they want foreign investment in Liepaja. Foreign families often have to live in the city where they invest. Why live in Liepaja if a local drunk can not be stopped from making threats and harassment.

One neighbour is a policewoman and has attacked me verbally telling me I should speak better Latvian. The local police have sent me two fines for not sweeping the street in front of my house every day and baliff letters are now arriving demanding payment.
The last fine was issued on my birthday that happens to be the same birthday for the 12 year old that earns money sweeping our street.Needless to say he was not working sweeping our street on his birthday.
I can't help but wonder if the police deliberately issued a fine to me on my birthday. My Latvian personal code clearly includes my birthdate so it is clear to police on what date to communicate a message that they don't like dealing with complaints.

Local Police say the neighbours do not have a problem with Janis. This same racist Policewoman neighbour has witnessed Janis harrassing me and my 6 year old son.

forst of all learn latvian ! He said to you ( in this video) that in that house there were jews being shot ( further down the street there is that blue building on toma street). And since you werent answering ( which is weird ) he asked if ur a bit stupid ... Your problem not knowing the language ...
