This fast 4 minute fat loss tabata workout is meant for busy men and women who don't always have a lot of time to get their workout in. Because this tabata workout only takes 4 minutes to complete everybody should be able to do it to help with their fat loss. Doing a 4 minute workout usually means you're not going to get much results but with this tabata training you'll have fat loss as well as build some lean muscle on top of it.

    Sure will, your abdominals showing has little to do with your core strength. It more relies on your body fat %. This helps burn body fat, so yes this will help.

    Tabata needs to be peformed at 150% though for it to be fully effective.
