  • Mr. Dawkins is not hatefull nor demeaning. He is simply pointing out how unreasonable a religious faith is in our world today.

Religion teaches intollerance and narrow mindednes instead of free thinking.

  • "Religion guides how I should live."

Not true. Your moral principals do. My parents thought me to be friendly to others, help those in need of helping and offering my seat to the elder in public transport. I don't have to believe in any sort of supernatural beings to be this way.

  • Too stupid for science? Try religion

  • You either believe the whole bible, or you dont believe it at all, If you believe in jesus, you must also believe Moseus split the sea open, and that god killed the entire world for its sins (even though he made them already knowing what they would become...). Believing just parts of the bible that you like and leaving off the othrs its just hypocritical at least, but i guess denial is bliss.

  • @sooperfukker The bible has many passages in it where it says that it is ok, or gives the command to kill and enslave people. and christians do believe in the bible.

  • @MrKGatl

Again: Your malevolent views result from gross misrepresentations OR lack of knowledge.

That's why they're all invalid, undiscussable.

Christians follow the teachings of guess whom - Jesus Christ. These teachings do not include or insinuate killing people because they think differently (major difference to Islam) and proclaim no image of a bearded man in the sky or other absurdities, so no: Despite any claims these nutjobs make, there is nothing christian about their wrongful views.

  • @sooperfukker Cogito Ergo Sum. I live in the American south(bible belt) and i assure you some of them think it's a bearded man in the sky. You didnt answer me about good christians who blow up abortion clinics, and yes i know this its a small group in a huge population. Why would you bash my "errant talks" i was replying to yours. The bible is part of brainwashing and child abuse. Its not ok to tell a 5 year old if they dont think like you, they will be tossed into fire forever, thats evil

  • @MrKGatl

Obviously, not all religions teach the same or work in the same ways, obviously "indoctrination" or "brainwashing" are malevolent terms invented by outside elements who try to sell exceptions as the rule, obviously noone believes in a "bearded man in the sky" and most obviously the world is not dividable by atheist intellectuals and dumb religious people.

If you think your errant talks are relevant, you're the fool. You're nothing, you don't even exist.

  • @sooperfukker wow, such ignorance. all religions function through---child abuse through indoctrination, brainwashing, and power hungry zealots. Im sure you hate this word. but through evolution we have developed intellect just as we have developed humanity and morals. we dont need to pretend there is a babysitter or sky daddy watching over us so we better behave.

What do you say about the "good" people, Christians, who blow up abortion clinics?
