Opiate Withdrawal Part 5 Day 19 Getting off Painkillers

Update on my opiate addiction as I ween down. I say 1 more week and I'll be off these for good. It's been hard but well worth it. If I can do it anyone can.

@ods1ODS I agree, I did the suboxone for 6 months then realized it takes up to 3-4 weeks to get it out of our system aka 3-4 weeks of mild withdraws instead of 1 week of shit, I would take a week of shit vs a month anyday

@joejoe1758 Hey,when i went clean for a week,after using norco/blue watson 500's i felt suicidal as well,Extreme depression and horrible mind blowing anxiety.I dont get the pain,painful bones,aching muscles,none of that,Mines all 100% mental and emotional..I wish i could trade and deal with the pain.

actually moved to cali do get away..started smoking 8o's and like averyone went to 30's....went to dones and took a few dones with me on the plane and its been 9days and by tommorrow it will be done....

@jbballa092881 so crazy cuz i went through the same shit like around 10 80 mg oc's a day n like 20-30 vics a day. n i got on methadone was stuck on that for a couple years n got off n i relapsed this time slamin herion almost 2 grams a day so i got back on methadone but i dont even feel sick at all no cravings im only on 40 mgs n i feel as if i can miss a day but i also smoke weed n i think that helps to. but cheers to u man hope u stay clean :)

I was on "no exaggeration " like 10-15 80 mg Oxy's a day for like 4 years. I then switched to methadone and was up too 240 mg a day. Biggest mistake ever!! I weaned myself down just buying it off the streets. I went a month cold turkey and felt like hell. I relapsed. I know so stupid. Was doing around 10 perc 30's a day. I recently, 4 days ago quit cold turkey once again and surprisingly nothing. No withdrawals. No depression no leg cramps. It can be done.

I think my doctor was setting me up for another withdrawal off Suboxone I was wondering wth the Clonodine was for?
