A tough sand based leg emphasis workout recently done by a couple of our volleyball athletes. You don't have to be a volleyball player to reap the benefits of this workout! Perform first 4 exercised as a circuit for 3 sets, then perform 3 sets of the next 3 exercises one at a time.
