@kcazzzzz I most certainly will speak freely, as you or any other singaporean should also be able to do so without fear of reprisals from a vicious barbaric and third world dictatorship. There is no free speech in Singapore and you need to face the reality that LKY has persecuted (and the list is long) those that have opposed his dictatorial regime. Past elections have been manipulated and emigration from Singapore is one of the highest worldwide. Many nations have low crime and are civilized.

@butterflye2020 now u really sound like u have been to an opposition rally, where they make their speeches freely. the people are not slaves, they can make their own choices in life, vote for their favorite party every few years, thats democracy man.if not, they can migrate to other countries. the police and the law has to be strict, even to smaller offences to keep the streets safe, and the results is that singapore is the safest country in the world, crime and murder rates far below other countries

@kcazzzzz Many variables other than ecconomics constitute a first world society--and Singapore, because of the police state that it is, because of the lack of basic freedoms, is no such society. Whatever accomplishments have been done so under the rule of a ruthless dictator that has ruled the populace as slaves and imprisoned his opponents (without trial). The sickness LKY has imported to and infected singaporean society with is reversable but necessary to truly achieve First World status.

@butterflye2020 what has he done to u? sounds like u are a singaporean supporting another party. anyway, singapore will not be where it is today if not for him. within 50 years, he had made singapore the safest place to live. dont tell me singapore is a 3rd world country because it isnt.jus look at their currency, they are using dollars, and are only a bit lower than the US dollar.singapore is also 1 of the largest aerospace industries in the world, with 1 of the busiest airports in the world

@kcazzzzz Please educate yourself on dictators and dictatorship form of government. Lee Kuan Yew and son' s
absolute rule is catagorically defined as such. Control over the courts, judges, police, parliament, all media censored, a constitution destroyed, critics jailed and bankrupted, and basic fundamental human rights constantly violated with authors and bloggers arrested and no freedom of speech or assembly define Singapore's dictatorship and one party rule. Plenty of vidoes depict this tyrant
-
@butterflye2020 how could he be a dictator if most people voted for his party during the elections every few years? lee kuan yew is a well respected man, even president Barack Obama described him as "one of the legendary figures of Asia in the 20th and 21st centuries".u can check the video on youtube.

@kcazzzzz Of course there are many terrorist groups and third world countries like Singapore that still practice torture and Floggings. (Malaysia continues to torture-though its lawyers have voted unanimously to abolish it and crime is at an all time high) Due to censorship you do not have correct crime statistics in Singapore. It is only a matter of time before this madness ends, hopefully with the death of the dear leader.
You are mistaken - NO EXECUTIONS IN SWITZERLAND-NO TORTURE-LOW CRIME
-
@kcazzzzz The United States does business with and ecconomically supports Singapore, but not the tactics of an asian dictator that has ruled his people with torture, fear, and death for 50 years. The very minute the people make it known they have had enough of this 'Hitler of Asia's ' barbaric crimes, any hint of support will disappear into thin air. LKY has successfully made a mockery of the rule of law and infected Singapore society with his own sadistic disease; but the cure is at hand.

@kcazzzzz I The singaporean leader is definitely not respected by all countries and is rightfully viewed by many as the sadistic criminal he is. Lee Kuan Yew has shamed his nation and his people and believes, just as many tyrannical dictators do, that he is above the law. The barbaric and vicious draconian laws enacted by him and his ruthless regime are absolutely against nternationally accepted treatment of human beiings and violate laws against humanity. You cannot justify torturing people.
since doing his movies he seems to have toned down a lot but he is still extremely good looking. I still wish he would come back to wrestling. Rocky Rocky
