Your talk of "hitting sexy shots" and "playing flamboyant" make you sound like flaming fag.

  • Thank you so much for this video, when I play against someone who is better than me. I go out there and give it my best and just let loose, but if I played like that against lesser players my level; I would easily win my tournament section.

  • @vyeh25a - I can so relate to your comment.

Hope your tennis is going well.

  • hi Patrick - thanks for free report.

I can really relate to this video. I find deep breathing, and loosening my racket arm up with some practise swings helps.

Also I repeat in my mind "Have fun hitting some sexy shots!" This reminder to have fun tends to loosen me up and relax me.

  • yes.

  • You are a great coach

i played this guy outside for practice and lost 5-7, 6-4, 12-14 (close match)

however in a tournament we met up and I lost 1-6, 0-6 because I continuously telling my self, if you make an unforced error, you will never win, and then I miss.

now i understand my problem, THANK YOU!!!!!

  • Also, i find it that players, when they are in an offensive position, they fear embarrasment to hit the ball into the net and then, they hit the ball into the net. Ironically, when the other player is in an offensive position, you will be more focused because there is no pressure. Everybody expects you to lose the point so you pretty much can do nothing wrong. if you are in an offensive position, you should probably not hit it too hard and just angle it or spin it a little.

  • my intensity level is 87.574574575312%. I set that percent on my intensity gauge every time I play a match. I can physically control my intensity.
