♥♥ The cut back of a Poplar ♥♥ ( Read more in info)

This beautiful Poplar tree of more than 45 years was growing up to high (more than 20 meters) and became to dangerous in the citie garden of my neighbour and it was to dangerous because already a branche was falling down by the storm and destroyed a few things of the neighbour at the opposite side. After getting the licence from the municipality, 2 gardeners have cut the tree on 23 januari 2012. I was just a little to late to take pictures from the beginning but you can see how acrobatic this young man did this job. The other one was standing in the garden to look and take care for problems. Now all we hope this tree will grow up again and become a beauty again.

I know the tree could have been problematic and even dangerous but it hurts me to see anything living destroyed. I do hope it comes back.

@lulufullana Hello dear friend, indeed it was sorry for the tree and the birds have to go to another tree for the moment but this one will grow again the garderer prommised. He is at the moment still 3 meters high so there is hope.

@NIPMediaProductions Hallo Nip, jaaa, het is jammer maar hij werd te hoog en te gevaarlijk voor de omgeving en er was in oktober al een tak afgebroken en had veel schade veroorzaakt maar de tuinman zegt dat hij weer gaat uitschieten hoor en dan is hij nu meer in toom te houden. De stam is nog ruim 3 1/2 meter hoog. Ik heb er ook een kleine video opname en dan hoor je de originele geluiden van het zagen maar weet niet of ik hem op YT zet haha. XXXXX ♥♥Jeannette♥♥

@MrAznavour65 Hello dear friend, it is sad for now but he is still more than 3 meters high and in spring he will grow again the gardener said. He was become to dangerous for the surrounding and 1 branch already was broken and there was much dammage in the garden of a neighbour with a storm a few month ago. The insurence did not pay because it was a nature disaster. When he grow again we can keep him in shape now.
