Thanks, I like the last one. This one is Dr. Schnapps. I tried it. Like mine a bit better but this one is much simpler and will "get you back on the water in no time".

Man, that is straight up turture!!! As we use to say in NC, those ribs look so good it'll make you slap your momma!! JK! I sure appreciate your videos. Living out here in the West coast, you don't get much southern food. Definetly no slaw! Thanks sooo much!!

We have been known to put a tad bit of slaw atop pulled-pork bbq sandwiches and a burger or two.

Well I got to say I had the same reaction but perhaps a little less tactful.... But on Dr. Schnapps' word I gave it a go and for the effort put in to it, it isn't bad - not bad at all. I prefer the previous recipe but the good Dr.'s Rx while at the lake doesn't include much kitchen time if you know what I mean.
