  • Thank you sir, I have seen them in Keyboard mag but they are so slow about answering questions. I really like the manner in which the stand puts your board where you need it. Many arms are not so versitile looking.

  • @keysB3P Take a look at the ProLine PL-402 2 Tier Double X-Braced Keyboard Stand at Musicians Friend.

  • I am more interested in the extra stand arms that holding the other board over the Prophet 08, I'd like to get some. Very nice.

  • @keysB3P This stand (both tiers) was made by On-Stage Stands. I bought it at Guitar Center here in the US some years back.

  • Fatastic! How do you think the Prophet-08 compares to the DSI Polyvolver?

  • @zenmachinefilms Never played one of those, actually.

  • I appreciate you posting these with well recorded audio. It's hard to tell from some of the other demo vids how good the sound is but it's crystal clear and has full bass fidelity in yours so that helped immensely. This is clearly a serious instrument from a proven maker (and a very nice guy, it seems). :-)

  • Yea, I was impressed by that patch in one of your other videos as well (or it may have been the poly version). Dave managed to squeeze a lot of warmth and punch into the sound of this unit, it seems. Big selling points for me.

  • Don't need the stand but the arms are great, thanks. I have had several of these types of arms replaced since their warranty is three years, the plastic handles used for tightening don't always hold up well. In my case neither at all, the company sent newer arms with far more adjustments. These companies are trying to make plastic do more than its capable of.

  • i have a few va's already i want a nice analog synth and i was considering this 1 thank u

  • @PlayClubSoundZ I would use a digital synth for any electronic music (virtual analogue) things like tight fm, wavetables/format wavetables, tight envelopes, effects, sample accurate reproductions, being able to control wave phase properly etc will really help with those types of sound If you like the sound of analogues and want to try something new go for it, you could make dub step/electro with a microphone and your voice is you were so inclined

  • do u recommedn this for electronic music like electro dubstep or house ?
