There is little need to waste drones, these systems can be located by radar homing, however, this will not make the mission much easier for the fighter pilots, even if they manage to close in on an S-400 site, it will most likely be protected by systems such as the Tor-M1 and the Pantsir-S1, which can shoot down missiles fired at the site and the fighters which fired them.
