David Miller had a 60% approval rating at the end of his term. He kept his promises... he promised to rasie taxes and start new taxes! You just didn't like his promises.

Thank god Miller is leaving! Your so right, its hard to make ends meet. I cannot do it by myself and hence have to live with other people as the rents are way up there, even on the Royal York/Lakeshore. Paying a fortune for living in a area full of prostitues and crack dealers is just wrong. I am very afraid to go out at night alone. I hope the new person cleans up Toronto, lowers the rents and makes it a better place for us.

I completely agree, but amount of damage Miller has done to this city since he's been mayor, it may take several years to get things in order.
