I like this house a lot. I really like it but I do think that they could have gone just a bit cheaper because as it stands now it is not super livable say if you have kids. But, for those of us who want to live cleaner it is a huge plus. I would def consider this for a second home if I had one or if I was single.

What the customer really wants is -Cheaper high quality -Cheaper modern convenience -Cheaper labor cost and -Cheaper in general .....so Don't wow us with your bells and whistles.. WE WANT CHEAPER more specious HOMES, But more so we want it CHEAPER... CHEAPER. CHEAPER CHEAPER

Sorry buddy but your $100 a s.f. charge and your prefab home prices are now more expensive than the traditional homes with, yes I said WITH REAL ESTATE INCLUDED.
