@necroshyha It's obvious that it's a studio recording. Musicians keep mistakes in all the time and I think that's what PJ Harvey did here. There's a mistake in the piano part right in the intro if you listen.

@madeyes4u It's studio recording. I don't think it's possible to mess up the intro when a lot of people edites whole recording. There's something wrong with, probably, conversion.

If I created a sandwich out of female singer/songwriters, PJ Harvey would be the the fucking cheese, sandwiched between a lean and healthy Tiny Vipers, and wrapped in a wholesome Sharon Van Etten wheat-berry bread. I would eat their livers first, with a strong mustard, tastefully accompanied by a a glass of red wine...maybe a shiraz.
