  • can a red eared slider snapping turtle stay in the same tank

  • @dgstacker what do you mean? there whole life? or with another turtle?

  • does florida snapping turtles get bigger the the common snapper turtle . and which one are better to you i have three florda snappers and they are all in a kitty pool with a musk turtle

  • @mrneworleans14. no the florida snapping turtle and the common snapping turtle will get the same size. personally i like the florida better just because of his colors compared to the common snapper. i no longer have the common snapper. he escaped from my pond.

  • nope, just the sun. here in colorado they are native to the area

  • Yah I heard that as well at the show up here they had alot of hatchling sizes turtles and they just have signs posted for educational purposes but alot of people were buying them I got my little one online...So are you gonna hve them in seperate ponds since they didnt seem to get along

  • well im hoping there opposite sexes and i want to breed them

  • hahah i have that same floating rock for my turlte, the rock with the 4 suction cups :)

  • @fallentoturtle i forgot to put "and a" in the middle of res and snapping

    so yeah with another turtle

  • i highly recommned giving the box turtle more room maybe a large tub or something like that in summer my 3 box turtles are in a 300 gallon cattle trough with dirt and like a 60 gallon tub for winter but if you put it in something bigger use that same substrate it looks like good substrate setups pretty good just try more room for it bigger setup

  • cool! all I got is a ornate red eared slider and a yellow bellied slider

  • Oh really its not that easy on breeding them?
