Piracy is a nightmare that haunts people both at sea and in land. In Puntland, countless poor fishing communities are left destitute and profitable businesses collapsed due to what started as a fight by hungry fishermen against "foreign vessels lured by greed", but which latter turned into a cause that DOES NOT justify for violations against the lives and property of innocent people traveling at sea.
