Well I'm not to one to pick on anyone since I can't sing or play piano. lol So yes I like this & I don't know if the water sound was meant to be there at the end, but it worked perfect! :D 5*s ....proving the dude belows opinion that art is about being natural w/ human mistakes, not perfection. We should just leave that for robots that are incapable of duplicating true art! ;)

Seems you're the smart ass picking on details when I'm sure she realizes what she sang better than you. So then it's really simple. Why tell us something she already knows? I've seen the very best make mistakes and they don't have anyone pointing them out. Because sometimes it's the so called mistakes that make it better. Working for perfection is a joke. Except to people like you, who are professional YouTube critics!!! ;)

Um clearly you have never heard the song. The lyrics in the middle are all wrong. Excuse you but Neko Case WROTE the lyrics, so no she did not mess them up...don't be a smart ass. Sure there's nothing wrong with "interpreting" lyrics on a cover if it ADDS to the song and does not detract from it's integrity. It is also painfully obvious when someone botches the lyrics simply because they do not know them. I was simply pointing that out...there was no smart ass response necessary.

Don't know why the lyrics would be messed up. Because she's reading sheet music obviously. Maybe Neko Case messed up the lyrics on the recording? :P
But yes... this was a nice rendition. I just wonder why so many YouTubers are so obsessed with song lyrics being exactly like on the original.
There is this thing called personal interpretation or creative license that allows each artist make their version unique. Plus nothing in life is ever exactly the same ever again!
