Here is my attempt at using Twixtor and After Effects CS4 to recreate the effect used in 300. Lightly boxing for camera purposes.. haha

There's more to it than that, using ramped slow motion, zoom, fast movement effects that were used in the movie 300, which is why it is typically called 'the 300 effect' because it resembles what they used in the movie - get this...... 300 !

I'm not a expert on boxing but i think you should block your head with your other arm when you swing so your opponent cant take a open shot at you. I got this from a MMA guy.
