10:30pm Aug 18th 2011 - Trying to sleep in East Grand Forks. Unnecessary Burlington Northern

This is typical Burlington Northern. This asshole was 10:30 pm last night, 5 blocks from here. I recorded the video on my cel from lying in bed. Was it REALLY NECESSARY to lay on the horn that long? He kept it up like that for 5 minutes straight! The "Quiet Zone" shit taking effect doesn't mean shit in EAST Grand Forks either, so the BN assholes with lay on the horns even more.

Hey Jane Williams, GF Traffic Engineer... these guys are abusing the horns. Unless there is a stalled car on the tracks, this is EXCESSIVE!!!! The closer BN gets ti the Quiet Zone deadline, the more they take it out on us in EGF, who is too cheap to address the issue.
