@prettynomad What's the problem with worrying about oil prices? Concern over a major component of American infrastructure and economy is a good thing in a politician, is it not?
This lady's attitude- in addition to missing the point entirely- only makes her attacks (and they are ATTACKS-- not questions) all the more frustrating and pointless; the point being to antagonize Shays and "unmask" him as a "flip-flopper". If she didn't have an agenda and actually LISTENED to the man, she would have a hard time finding inconsistency and any unreasonable assertion in his logic.
congressman Shays gets killed on hardball? hehe first of all fewer people than the population of the city of Hartford CT watch this show and yet from what i see, he wipes this chick out, and for some reason, she is nowhere to be found on msnbc lately.
Every time some politician comes back from an Iraq visit, they ALWAYS do the t.v circuit as if they NOW have inside information. Truth is, they NEVER leave the greenzone, they meet with Iraqi "politicians" who do not necesarily represent the peoples wants, hell, they even talk about the Iraqi infighting as if they really understand the history. It's a sad truth though, that too often, too many Americans fall for these cheap political photo-ops.
This reporter wasnt even listening to Shays. She asked the same question several times, bad journalism allround, its great to see a republican with something useful to say.

This is the problem. With TV reporters its not about the issues. Its more about the personalities sitting in the chair being interviewed.

Yeah, Nora sucks. She's cute, but she's a terrible interviewer.
I don't support Shays, but he's obviously expressing an 'honest' opinion. I almost forgot what those looked like.
In any case, I don't see how he got 'killed'.

I second that on Snora O'Donnell. She's a third-class hack.
