no your wrong..there voices aren't great. and i have heard them both say they're not singers.. but its their raw emotion that makes them them two of the greatest musical artists of all time.
I'll say it again, having scratchy, shrieky voices doesn't automatically put you in the "raw emotion" category - it puts you in the "annoying scratchy, shrieky voice" category. And I don't agree that either of them are of the greatest musical artists of our time. And for the record, Dylan wasn't of the same time as White. But you knew that I'm sure.
