Clip recorded on 05 October 2010 at 23:13hrs.

My husband (drives dark grey Honda Freed car) had stopped our car at the petrol kiosk to pump petrol. Our car was in the stationary mode on the left side. Foot braked, then looking at his side mirror before he opened his door then BAMMMM!!!!

Driver, Puah Beng Keat (based on the particular at the report statement) of vehicle JES 7748 with fast speed & sharp turn had rammed our front right car door.

The driver who hit us was JES 7748 ( LIFEZONE van, supposedly company van owns by http://www.mac.org.my/johor.htm, Malaysian Aids Council)

He is the one who hit us and look how arrogant he is at 0:13sec. Before this clip was recorded, he was more rude and shouting as though we are the one who hit him. We ask for his identification card and hand phone number and he said that we have no rights to get any personal information from him. My husband suggested that we report the accident then he agreed in arrogant rude manner (too bad this is not recorded)

Petrol kiosk employee witness at (0:44sec) says how the accident happens (in bahasa Malaysia language).

Apprently before the accident happened, there are more than 5 police officers with a car and motorcycles(seen at 1:25min) conducting road block, catching road offender who does u-turn to avoid the road block area at Kebun Teh near the cemetry.

All the police officers stood there just looked and none had approach and ask what happen or even help to settle. My husband ask them instead. My husband thought that maybe the officers there might help us.

I am utterly most disappointed with the Police Traffic officers there. Where is their mission slogan of being TEGAS, ADIL & BERHEMAH (STRICT, FAIR & WELL-MANNERED)??

Then we went to the CAWANGAN TRAFIK IBU PEJABAT POLIS DAERAH JOHOR BAHRU SELATAN (IPD). To make long story short, after the statement taken and ridiculous rounds of questions, my husband went to the scene of accident with the driver of JES 7748 and Pegawai Penyiasat SJN Camran. They went there to determine who SJN Camran wants to fine (penalty of an offence). At petrol kiosk cashier area, just by looking at the cctv about 12" with 4 screens in-one, he's not even ask for the clip from the cctv that accident actually happened, SJN Camran concluded that my husband is at fault because my husband block driver JES 7748 right of way and for that he was fine for RM200. My husband block his way?!? Back at the station, SJN Camran said that HE HAD TO FINE SOMEONE.

Viewers please watch this video and judge yourself if my husband's car Honda Freed position blocked driver JES 7748's way. Our car was at our lot. It was driver of JES 7748 who came in to his lot from the back with fast speed and lack of safety check or blind spot checking and unable to control van properly then rammed to our front right door car.

Oh, my hubby paid the fine RM200 today, 14 October 2010 and they (IPD) issued receipt for RM100 only. Where do the other RM100 go to? You fill in the blank.

Is this fair? Is this TEGAS, ADIL & BERHEMAH (STRICT, FAIR & WELL-MANNERED)?

As at September 2011, we received a letter from the Singapore insurance states that the claim from other party cost sum up to almost MYR$10,000 (after converted). Wow! thats a lot of money for that little damage on their company van.

Puah Beng Keat a.k.a Thejosephjoe69 an indian male with a chinese name.

  • Most are the Malaysia police officer are typically Black sheep! No offense, just telling the truth. You are consider well treated by the officer,to investigate. Sometimes, things are beyond from expectation in the "dark side" of police department. No point complaining..

  • Aihh..... typical Malaysian mindset.
