@MentalHygieneMusic He was fully present in his anger. He didn't try to avoid it, he didn't separate thoughts/feelings as 'good' or 'bad'. The source of 'both' is the same. As a matter of fact they're not two opposite poles of a same thing but the very same thing. That divisive, selective thinking is the problem. If there's no such a division, where's the 'bad' side? That's it.
