Debra Nicholson AKA Davis Jones Art

I am planning to apply for several programs in the fall, one of which is an MFA program, so I made a movie of my paintings and collages. What do you think? The music is also created by The Experimental Bunnies, which is one of my musical groups as well. I play the keys. I painted all of these paintings when attending an Esalen Work Scholar program back in the nineties. Goes to show you what a creative supportive environment can do for you! The collages are from earlier times. One is in response to Tiananmen Square massacreI The other throbs with hormones and babies and family in the seventies. I also shot, edited compressed and uploaded the video. I could do so much with a variety of mediums in an art project and teach so many youth to be creative in their ventures, if I can get funding. Wish me luck!
