@Y7FFVGcQ In German there's a difference in addressing people, the formal "Sie" (equally to addressing people by their last name maybe, even though you can say "Sie" in combination with the first name, but it's still formal), and "du", that's addressing someone in a familiar way and the permission to use their first name.
