No, it's not the first version of this hit!!!
The first is in the TV special "My Name Is Barbra" on 28 April, 1965 on CBS-TV, New York City. This version is on the close night "Funny Girl" on 26 December, 1966 in the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City!!!

Electrifying. This is what live performing is all about.

those who can do, those who can't admire and or complain. put up or shut up people.

'T do the correct lyrics

Two or three girls has he that he likes as well as me
But I love him
I don't know why I should
He isn't true, he beats me too
But what can I do?
Oh my man I love him so . . . I didn't realize Funny Girl contains the G rated lyrics. This version really is miles apart from the Fanny Brice version. This is a great song and I bet it sounds good no matter who sings it.

I'm crying she is so amazing. And I know she was crying too. She has so much passion. I luv her

@tangogrrl --are you really serious??

fascinating to compare to Brice's original... so much more emotional. I love Streisand's voice but here it seems hard edged and 'colder' in tone; Fanny's has a warmth to it.
Ive just realized that its not that rare after all its from the Just For The Records box-set
But thanks anyway :o)
