Being stick thin is unhealthy if you starved yourself to that level. However if you work out and stop eating American crap it's also possible to be stick thin. Not all twigs are mentally and physically unhealthy (ever been outside the USA?), however all plump people are cutting a few years off their own lives when they try to starve themselves or just eat whatever and not exercise.Or they think they can get away with exercising "3 times a week at the gym".
