What's a Transsexual?

What's a Trassexual? Is it someone who wants to have a sex change (SRS)? Is it someone who was diagnosed as such by a gender therapist? My take on why those two definitions are wrong.

This opinion has been stated before but by the definition that the only TS's are the people who have SRS, then transsexuality is only a matter of technology and has only existed since the medical procedures came into being.

A question,to you Trannnygirl15?alot of transgenders dnt fake being trans,but the public can tell what is a real woman is or not?if your passable as a woman like me,its not hard fittting in.still alot of people cant fit it a being a woman even if thier on hormones and have a post operation,still look like a man!

These damned psychologists, they think every setback or problem you had in your life caused you to be transsexual. No matter what you say, they'll think that's the cause of it, when in fact, most of these issues were caused by unattended transsexuality. Ridiculous.
