if like me your feel are too big to get the heel hit on the pedal then just angle your foot slightly and it works like a charm.

@HastOsth haha you're welcome :) And Jared Falk got a lot of vids about the heel toe (last one is 17 minutes long, it's where he tried it with different shoes). I still a heel toe noob too because I've been doing it for a long time with my right foot but my left foot is stupid haha (so obviously I can't do long double bass heel toe)... I'm typing this as I rest a little my left foot : practice ALL day ! :)
