I mean sure, you can land like this.... if you condition for it, with the exception of not letting your legs give so much. "David Belle - Manpower Gap (Stade 2)" landing at 0:17

rolling is only effective when you have forward momentum.
-
@JuT193 well, from my experience/research, higher jumps require more forward momentum and a roll instead of just a plain landing. because the roll distributes the impact more so you feel less pain...thats what ive understood so far
-
@enadon1 I once landed from a wall thts like 6-7 foot which I would feel no pain at all with shoes but did it barefoot n it hurt like hell!!!
-
@JuT193 yeah your supposed to roll if its that high
-
@JuT193 20 ft that's pretty high like real high you're lucky you didn't break your foot
-
@JuT193 unrelated to parkour I jumped off something smaller barefoot and bruised my heel bone. couldn't walk for a month + extreme pain.
-
@JuT193 yep u are right but u should roll :) PK ROLL
-
@JuT193 Duh, anything above shoulder height it's better to roll out of.

NOTE : DON'T LAND LIKE THAT WHEN JUMPING OFF A 20FT OBSTACLE . i got my foot bruised . please like so everyone can see this .
