@Weirdsville29 It's not true, and it is disrespectful. For a start, were you at the game? I was. Have you read the full Taylor report? I have. Even if there were thousands of ticketless fans (which there were NOT-read the report), the police's job is to control the crowd! I don't want to get into silly youtube name calling. But please read the report before believing popular myths. cheers

@GriefTourist But the Police admitted liability in civil law for their negligence and in criminal law Duceknfield was tried for gross neglgience manslaughter but acquitted by a jury of normal people who, unlike you, heard all the evidence. This man made a terrible mistake, but there was no intent, and to talk about it as if he should be executed is just hysterical nonsense put forward by people ignorant of the facts, law and judgment.

No.2 Leave David Duckenfield alone - Everyone who's not a Liverpool fan know's that there was far too many Liverpool fans there without tickets (far more than what usually show up to try and buy one on the day outside the stadium) and the only reason they don't say it is because it's 'wrong' to blame people for creating their own tragedy where there's death involved! No disrespect, but true.
