Just shows that a chaotic movie directed by a committee can result in utter brilliance. This music and title sequence combined forgives any nonsense that may follow. Thank you Burt Bacharach.

It's a very self-indulgent movie to be fair. Still fun to watch.

I find it funny many critics did not recognize the true genius of this parody and still don't today. This is a hilarious parody of a monolithic franchise.

Still remember this from when I was 8. Jumping on our parent's beds with my sister when I was 8 and she was 10, as the movie began. Fortunately, we were not allowed to stay awake to actually watch movie.

Sensational theme, and it all goes straight downhill from there....excluding the score of course.

Herb Alpert. The A in A&M records. Brilliantly charming piece of music. Look for the theme for "Murder at the Gallop" next. Not unlike and equally groovy.
